As part of our tender submission to redevelop the condemned play area in Treloar Heights, our proposal was comprehensive. It included not only an extension to the overall space but also perimeter fencing with self-closing gates for safety and security. Additionally, we proposed seating, bins, and a range of play equipment designed to suit various abilities. All of this was paired with appropriate surfacing to ensure the safety and functionality of the area.

As with many public play areas, the preference was for a natural aesthetic, which we successfully achieved. Our design featured a combination of timber structures and durable Bound Rubber Mulch, blending seamlessly with the surroundings. The materials were selected, and we proceeded with the manufacturing and installation process, ensuring functionality and visual appeal.

The Treloar Heights play space includes a versatile tower unit, catering to a wide range of ages. This ensures children of different developmental stages can play together. Additionally, the Jungle Swing and Spinning Dish were added to offer full-body support and inclusivity for less able users. This allowed everyone to engage in the play experience.

For long-lasting durability and safety, all timber structures were root-fixed with stainless steel feet, extending their lifespan. This approach provided excellent value for money and prioritised safety and enjoyment for years.
