The Double Cross Country Skier has been specially designed to provide a full body workout. Just like cross-country skiing, users stand on the footplates, moving legs forwards and back while using their arms to drive the handles forwards and back. Users can work individually or in pairs for some synchronised skiing! Suitable for all abilities, users can set their own pace to work all major muscle groups and build stamina, balance and coordination.
